1998 on the Web is the home of the Internet Brothers Plaque for Helpware Excellence. The award comes in five flavors, the Gold, Silver, and Bronze for sites with outstanding merit, the Good Start Plaque for sites that are on their way, and the Plaque of Distinction that is reserved only for those sites that stand leaps and bounds above the rest.
